Yes. We provide laundry pickup and delivery for houses, apartments, condos, student housing, and dorms throughout Holland and Zeeland.

How long does it take to get my laundry back?

Most orders are completed in 24 hours. For urgent needs, we offer expedited turnaround when available. Same-day or next-day service is often possible with early pickup.  There is a fee for this.  Contact us directly for a special circumstance. 

Can I choose my detergent or leave special instructions?

Absolutely. Customers can request fragrance-free, eco-friendly, or preferred detergent. You may also leave folding instructions (e.g., hang dry, delicate items) during checkout.

How big is a typical bag of laundry?

Our standard bag holds 15–20 pounds of clothing, which is roughly 1-2 loads. Larger households can schedule multiple bags or choose our monthly Member's Club and multiple it by the number of bags/loads needed.

Is laundry delivery more expensive than using a laundromat?

Not necessarily. When you factor in detergent, coins, travel, and especially time, most households find LakeFresh is equal or cheaper than doing laundry themselves—without the hassle.

How do I schedule, reschedule, or cancel a pickup?

You can easily book, change, or cancel your laundry pickup online through your portal scheduling page. Just select a time, and we’ll handle the rest. Members can also set recurring pickups.  

Does LakeFresh offer commercial, business or office laundry service?

Yes. We serve small offices, salons, gyms, and rental properties in Holland, Zeeland, and Saugatuck. Commercial pricing is available upon request.
